Studies also show that over 80% of potential buyers sign with the first agent they speak with. To maximize your success, you want to be that first agent. Surprisingly, surveys show that over 40% of agents do not have a web site. If you do not have a web site, you have little chance of “meeting” the potential buyer during that critical time period while they are looking for property on-line prior to selecting an agent.

I am not technical. Can I build a web site?

Yes it is free. There are no hidden fees.

Am I required to use Lead Capture Redefined?

No. It is highly recommended, but not required.

Why should I use Lead Capture Redefined and how much does it cost?

Lead Capture Redefined is the new standard for gathering leads from web sites. It takes the best from Forced Registration and Open Registration and discards the worst. The result is a much more effective way to gather leads. Forced Registration does gather some valid leads, but surveys show that up to 98% of web site visitors are chased away when contact information is required. With Open Registration, visitors get all the benefits of the web site and come and go as they please. The problem is that the agent has no way to contact them and can only hope that the visitor decides to call. Hope is not a strategy. Lead Capture Redefined allows the visitor anonymous access to the web site and allows them to save properties. If they do not want to register then Lead Capture Redefined tracks them anonymously. The agent can send an in-network message to the anonymous visitor, starting a dialog that will hopefully result in a sale. Lead Capture Redefined costs $39 per month. If you make one additional sale because of it, you’ve paid for the service for 15 years or more.

We recommend that you go to: www.godaddy.com. The set-up process is quick and cheap.

What are the three pages normally included in a basic web site?

The three pages are normally (1) a landing page that highlights your personal information (2) a property search page and (3) a blog.

How do I sign-up and pay for AgentElement?

Return to the AgentElement home page and click on the yellow “Sign Up Now” button near the top of the page. You will be prompted through the sign up process. All major credit cards are accepted.

What does it include?

AgentElement includes everything you need for a professional looking web site: your web pages, templates, development tools, and Free IDX property search.

Is there a contract that I need to sign?

There is no contract to sign and you can cancel your service at any time.

Are there any set-up fees?

No, there are no set up fees. If you need assistance with your web site our Engineers will provide consulting services for an appropriate hourly fee.

What is a page?

A page is simply a document that is connected to the Internet and viewable by anyone with a browser. Your web site will consist of multiple pages that are linked together. Each page will have a unique address called a URL. As with writing on a page of paper, you can put whatever content you desire on your web pages including text, graphics, photos, videos, etc. Sometimes the content is written directly on the page and other times there is a link (i.e. a URL) that dynamically brings the content to the page. For instance, for your free property searches your page will include a link pointing to softRealty.com’s Free IDX property search.

What is a template?

A template is simply web pages that are designed to look like a professional web site. We’ve designed the pages, so the “heavy lifting” is done. You’ll just need to personalize them.

I like my template, but I’d like to modify it to better suit my needs. Can I do this?

Yes, extensive tools are provided to assist you.

Our application supports IE7 or higher on PCs and Safari, Firefox, Opera, and Google Chrome on PCs and Macs.

What about email?

We don't provide email, so you can host your email wherever you wish. We often recommend Google's applications on your domain, because it is a really great service and it is free.
